London Comic Con!

Recently I went to the London Film and Comic con which was definitely a good experience. Unfortunately there was much more of an emphasis on Film than comics as i was hoping to give out my business cards to people from the comic companies but there weren't many people to take them. I still got some independent contacts so hopefully something will come of that. Still the comic con was good and I met some interesting people and saw a lot of very impressive costumes, so I decided to create this image to show some of the interesting people and their costumes, that were kind enough to let me hang out with. Just to be clear these people were dressed up as Firefly characters and Lara Croft, (i don't think I need to point out which one that is).

Some Recent artwork!

I've been working a lot lately, trying to earn money during the summer so i haven't been doing much art, but i have plans to send work out to various companies during the summer, so i've been working on various comic/ sci fi works. I've also have painted versions of my previous Superman art. If anyone would like to tell me which they prefer, the painted or the digital let me know.

Exhibition!

Yesterday was the last day of my classe's 3 day Exhibition FollowmeMaidstone, and it went a lot better than I expected. The private view was packed with people making it seem like a proper, proffesional Exhibition. There were a few things we didn't quite get right but we can do better for next time. Ive uploaded a few images of the event here as well as some of the pieces I liked the most. To see more of people's work and links to their blogs, go to www.followmemaidstone.com

Elmley Marshes Final Pieces!

These are the final paintings I created for the Elmley Marshes Project. I'll upload some more of the development work later.

Elmley Marshes!

These are some selected pages from last years reportage project, where we visited an organization a number of times and took inspiration from that location. Mine was The RoyalSociety for the Protaction of Birds' wildlife reserve Elmly Marshes, near sheerness. This project was a lot of fun, the location was beautiful and i didn't have to put too much thought into it, it was simply reacting to the enviroment. For more information visit

again my scanners not big enough so these images are cut in half:
